Recorded sometime in 2004 at The Oxford Tavern in Wollongong.
This captures The Nice Folk graduating from an offensive cafe duo into an offensive pub band.
Captured on a desktape made by The Butcher who was also playing slide guitar that night hidden behind the mixing desk (We didn't know this at the time and either did the confused audience).
Our first gig with long standing bassist Angry A. Lot and the only surviving recordings with our old drummer Dr. Rhythm 666.
Some of these songs have been revisited on other recordings more successfully but this is IT! The not so humble, shambolic, drunken beginnings of The Nice Folk.
released January 1, 2004
Dave Mutton - vocals/acoustic
Lax Charisma - vocals/electric
Angry A. Lot - bass
Dr.Rhythm 666 - drum machine
